A&H Property Management Sdn Bhd (A&H) is a professional consultancy company providing first-class consultant & management services to top property and real estate development organizations in Malaysia.
Founded as A&H Consultancy Sdn Bhd (A&H) on 25th November 2010 by Mohd Ariff Ridzwan Eu & Heavien Long Shik Yee, A&H has since gone through decades of projects and developments that have transformed the team into a well-oiled and highly effective organization.
To further enhance the professionalism and impression of property management services as well as in compliance with the Malaysian legal system, A&H Consultancy Sdn Bhd was renamed, registered & licensed by The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents, and Property Managers on 14th November 2018 as A&H Property Management Sdn Bhd.
Both our shareholders and directors are also registered property managers with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents & Property Managers.
By virtue of its collaboration ownership, A&H Property Management Sdn Bhd is proficient, experienced, and skilled to uphold the value of property integrity and complying with clients’ needs in accordance with relevant Acts.

The business was founded with a simple goal in mind. In developing these objectives, the company first viewed the market sector as distinctively uneven. For the longest of time, the highest level has been predominantly occupied by the larger and more established organization. While the second level is sparsely dotted with medium-sized organizations. The lowest level, on the other hand, is crowded with small enterprises, nibbling at any given opportunity. However, participation by experienced, integrity-sound, committed & skilled property managers is still limited at this level. This provides ample opportunities for us to fill the gap.
Based on these insights, the company has developed the following objectives;
- To establish a foothold within the third level in our first 2-years of operation.
- Graduate into the second level within 2-years of operation.
